Form Projects have just undergone a routine audit from the OFSC (Office of the Federal Safety Commission) to retain our OFSC accreditation.
The audit looks at our safety procedures and focusses on high risk works. Obviously your part in our scope came under scrutiny.
When an issue is not to the Auditor’s satisfaction a CAR (corrective action required) is given, to receive 5 or 6 CARs is extremely good, we had ZERO CARs handed down which is very very rare.
This is a direct reflection on your professional approach to safety and efficiency. Well done, I am looking forward to working with you again.
